Overview of Antares Narrow Linewidth Picosecond Laser

Spark Lasers, experts in ultra-faster lasers, offer the ANTARES series of compact high-energy picosecond lasers for biophotonics and nonlinear spectroscopy applications.  The ANTARES laser system offers a quasi-continuous wave, 10 picosecond laser pulse, with a high repetition rate up to 80 MHz and a narrow linewidth.   This laser series offers average powers from 1W up to 40W at 1030 nm or 1064 nm, and remarkable beam quality with M² < 1.2. This laser series is designed for ease-of-use and features a user-friendly compact, ergonomic design to help facilitate integration. The short pulse width and narrow linewidth of the ANTARES make it ideally suited for high-speed nonlinear spectroscopy applications such as Coherent Anti-stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) and Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) microscopy. Spark Lasers offers additional options to the ANTARES series, including fine-tuning PRF synchronization of +/- 1 MHz, ultra-narrow linewidth < 2.5 nm (down to 0.01 nm), harmonic options, custom repetition rates, and more.

Picosecond lasers are also well-suited for multi-photon microscopy applications.
