What are 300mW Lasers?

Lasers that designate 300mW (0.3W) of output power can have either continuous-wave (CW) or pulsed output. CW Lasers are always defined in average output power. Pulsed Lasers with an output power defined in Watts or Milliwatts usually define the laser’s average power, not the peak power of the laser.

Matchbox Series

R1Z4-Matchbox Laser

The Matchbox series offers excellent performance and reliability in the “World’s Smallest” ultra-compact, all-in-one, integrated laser head. They can operate on a 5V power supply while maintaining low noise operation. The monolithic design of the Matchbox Series laser includes thermally stabilized optics in a hermetically sealed housing, ensuring reliable and maintenance-free operation. This series is available in wavelengths from 405 nm thru 1064nm, with options for collimated beam or fiber-coupled output, and single-mode and multimode version.

HL Series

TG420

The HL Series offers versatile and high-quality laser diode products in a variety of wavelengths and high-power options, ideal for direct imaging, industrial, and bio/medical applications. These reliable, efficient, and compact diodes come in TO-Can packages, making them perfect for OEM integration. LaserBoxx Low Noise Series

The LaserBoxx Low Noise series of CW diode laser modules, with a variety of wavelengths from 375 to 785nm and output powers up to 350mW, offers highly customizable laser solutions for OEM and plug & play modules. LaserBoxx SLM Series

The LaserBoxx-SLM series are single longitudinal mode (SLM) CW diode laser modules available in green, yellow, red, and NIR wavelengths, delivering ultra-narrow linewidths, with excellent temperature stability and low noise current. Embedded firmware locks the laser on the same mode at each startup. This customizable, compact, self-contained laser module is available in turn-key or OEM versions and utilizes a proprietary alignment-free, monolithic resonator, and comes standard with a graphic user interface with remote diagnostics via USB, RS232, or direct I/O interface. With modulation capabilities and adjustable power options, the SLM Series is versatile and adaptable to a wide range of applications.

LDX Series

The LDX Series of made-in-the-US, high-power, multimode laser diodes provide wavelengths from 400nm – 1900nm, a wide range of output powers and package types, as well as completely customized solutions. We have been offering these high-quality laser diodes for over 25 years. The performance, reliability, and lifetimes are time tested, and if for some reason there is an issue, we will make it right. 

LXCc Series

The LXCc series is a range of compact, highly customizable, and flexible all-in-one laser combiners that provide the widest variety of wavelength options, up to 7 different laser lines (up to 500 mW output power per line), direct modulation on every source, SLM capabilities, proven long-term stability, and many other advanced features. The turnkey or OEM versions allow a large choice of lasers from 375nm up to 1064nm. Onda 532nm: 532nm High Energy Laser

The Onda series is a DPSS nanosecond OEM laser platform designed for high-end applications requiring excellent beam quality and high peak power in materials such as metals, glass, plastics, and various delicate and hard materials. This compact and easy to use laser series is available in wavelengths of 266, 355, 532, and 1064nm, with an extended operating temperature range and superior performance to cost ratio. PowerMir Series

mirSense Product Family

The PowerMir series is a line of high-power pulsed Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCL) based on our proprietary technology. Various integration levels available, including plug-and-play benchtop turnkey systems, OEM driver + laser modules, or just the HHL-packaged lasers. QCW operation allows for increased wall-plug efficiency and thermal dissipation. The PowerMir series incorporates high-powered diodes emitting in the main transmission bands of the atmosphere and offers ITAR-free technology. The TEM00 Gaussian beam allows for high-quality performance, and the user-friendly Windows software streamlines operation. 

Q-SHIFT Series

Q-Shift SeriesThe Q-SHIFT series of Q-switched DPSS lasers is designed for researchers and application specialists working in micromachining, dermatology, LIDAR, time-resolved laser spectroscopy, and LIBS applications. With its built-in nonlinear wavelength conversion stage, this series allows the production of unconventional fundamental DPSS wavelengths, including 1163, 1177, 1300, 1317, 1551 and 1571 nm options, making it an ideal choice for those seeking wavelengths that are not accessible with conventional solid-state laser sources. With the optional harmonics generator, it is possible to generate up to the 4th harmonic for each fundamental wavelength, providing even more versatility. 

Q2 Series

Quantas Q2 QLI

The Q2 series is a diode-pumped, fully air-cooled, Q-switched laser designed for a wide range of applications that require high peak power pulses. Its innovative water-free laser crystal end-pumping technology produces Gaussian-like, low divergence laser beams with high peak powers, allowing for efficient harmonics conversion through the 5th harmonic. This versatile platform can be configured in many ways, including up to 80mJ pulse energy at 10 Hz pulse repetition rate or up to 20mJ at 100 Hz. The laser can emit either 1053 nm or 1064 nm wavelength, and in the short cavity configuration, pulse duration can be reduced by 50% in comparison to standard configuration. 

Q2HE Series

Quantas-Q2HE-211: High energy, compact, nanosecond, DPSS laser

The Q2HE series is a highenergy, q-switched, diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) laser series, available in either 1053nm or 1064nm fundamental wavelengths, with optional 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th harmonic generation. This air-cooled series of lasers is designed for a wide range of applications that require high peak power pulses. Due to a short laser cavity, excellent thermal properties of the crystal, and an innovative water-free crystal cooling technology, the Q2HE series can deliver up to 120mJ of pulse energy and/or up to 4W average output power. This advanced laser design results in a compact, user-friendly turnkey system that requires little maintenance.  

R Series

R Series

The R series of wavelength stabilized singlemode and multimode laser diodes offer narrow linewidth output in wavelengths from 633nm thru 1064nm. This highly customizable series offers package options ranging from components as basic as a TO-56 or 14-pin BF packaged diodes, to OEM modules including electronics, to UL/CE and IEC certified turn-key systems. The R series is the perfect source for various markets, including chemical analysis, bio-medical, fiber laser, and scientific applications. 

RWLD Series

The RWLD series offers competitively priced laser diodes with high beam quality and a wide variety of products to support multiple applications. Available in a wide range of wavelengths, power levels, and packages. The RWLD wavelength options span from 405nm to 1650nm, with output powers in the range of 10 mW to 300 mW, packaged in a TO-18 package with photodiode. We also offer customized options, such as a customized wavelength, output power, or a special package to meet your specific needs.

Wedge Series

Wedge-XF-1064: 1064nm Picosecond Laser

The Wedge series is a line of DPSS lasers designed specifically for OEM applications such as micro machining of hard and soft materials, specialty marking, glass and crystal engraving, LIDAR, LIBS, spectroscopy, and medical diagnostics. These diodepumped lasers, based on proprietary fast Q-switching technology, are compact, sealed, and monolithic which makes them insensitive to vibrations and harsh environments. With high peak powers and relatively low energy and heat generation, they allow efficient ablation and non-linear interaction with most materials. The compact and lightweight package is a great benefit in LIDAR and other aerospace applications, while short pulses provide extremely precise time-of-flight measurements.
