The LDX-IR-FC is a high-power, multimode laser diode that is made in America. These laser diodes provide wavelengths from 750nm to 1400nm, output powers up to 12.8W, and a wide variety of package types, as well as completely customized solutions. We have many standard configurations available, as well as customization options, including micro-lensing, fiber coupling, TECs, and photodiodes.  We can also offer electrical isolation, ruggedization & low SWaP, advanced thermal management, custom submount designs, special facet coatings, and more!
