ALTAIR femtosecond laser is a quasi-continuous wave range of lasers, typically emitting at 1040 nm, which delivers industrial-grade performance in a rugged, compact, air-cooled package.
The Altair is available with repetition rates of 20,40 and 80 MHz, in a robust and extremely easy to install format. This ultra-short pulsed laser is ideally suited for the most demanding biophotonics applications. The ALTAIR is capable of average powers ranging from hundreds of mW up to 20W, with ultra-short pulse widths down to < 100 fs (other fs pulse durations available).
