DM Laser Diodes
Our DM Laser Diode product family is a cost effective narrow linewidth laser source for your gas sensing and scientific needs. Eblana`s advanced epi structure design delivers an InP-based strained quantum-well laser with applications from CO2 monitoring to free space communications.
The lasers are available in wavelengths ranging from 760nm – 2300nm.
Available in free space TO-39 and TO-56 packages and also the fiber coupled 14-pin butterfly package. As well as the fiber coupled DX module with an integrated current driver and TEC controller. The DX modules have the ease of operation in mind with its design. It is the ideal platform for high stability gas detection or remote sensing.
