The Matchbox Laser Module Family
The Matchbox laser module family of compact lasers and laser diode modules are available in wavelengths from 405nm thru 1319nm.
The single frequency lasers (SLM) at 532nm and 1064nm are important lines for Raman excitation. Very narrow spectrum combined with good beam quality makes this laser perfect for scanning micro Raman applications. See our new Lasers 101 page for in depth information on the attributes of Lasers.
The 532nm and 1064nm SLM Lasers
The 532nm and 1064nm SLM Lasers are very compact DPSS modules for portable diagnostic applications, these lasers can be powered from conventional USB power banks. Other applications include RGB holography, as well as various other scientific setups. The module contains a powerful Peltier cooler, microprocessor-based electronics, a USB control interface, as well as many accessories for ease of integration.
