Quantas-Q-SPARK-10-532 – Diode Pumped Air-Cooled Q-Switched Laser 

Quantas-Q-SPARK-10-532 is a 532nm q-switched diode pumped solid state (DPSS) laser from Quantum Light Instruments.   This air-cooled, q-switched series of lasers are designed for a wide range of applications that require high peak power pulses.  Due to a short laser cavity and excellent thermal properties of Nd:YAG crystal the Q-SPARK-10-532 delivers 10 mJ of pulse energy with < 2 ns pulse width at a pulse repetition rate of 20 Hz.  High-speed triggering pulses with .5 nanosecond RMS jitter with respect to Q-switch triggering edge of the pulse and both internal and external triggering make this laser ideal for a wide range of high-speed applications.  The Quantas-Q-SPARK-10-532 laser is controlled via a built-in Ethernet port with the option to add Wi-Fi adapter, allowing users to monitor and control laser remotely.

All of these features make the Q-SPARK laser series a robust tool for applications like Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), remote sensing, LIDAR, semiconductor failure analysis, laser ablation, and many others.
