K450F03FN-3.000W: 450nm Wavelength Stabilized Fiber Coupled Laser Diode 

The K450F03FN-3.000W is a high-power single emitter laser diode, with a volume Brag grating (VBG) stabilized output.   This fiber-coupled 450nm diode laser from BWT, with a less than 1 nm linewidth at 1W of continuous wave (CW) output from a 105-micron core diameter pigtailed fiber optic cable terminated with a SMA905 connector.  BWT Beijing’s High Power Diode Laser Modules are manufactured by adopting specialized fiber-coupling techniques, resulting in volume products with high efficiency, stability, and superior beam quality. The K450F03FN-3.000W achieves this by transforming the asymmetric radiation from the laser diode chip into an output fiber with a small core diameter by using special micro-optics. Additionally, all BWT laser diodes go through an extensive inspection and burn-in procedure at each step of the production process, guarantying reliability, stability, and long lifetime.
