EP1550-ADF-B: 1550nm Telecom Laser Diode
The EP1550-ADF-B is a tunable single-frequency diode laser for gas sensing from Eblana Photonics. This laser which is available in a fiber-coupled 14-pin butterfly, TO-56, and TO-39 package, utilized Eblana’s proprietary discrete-mode (DM) technology to produces a tunable single-frequency laser with excellent side mode suppression ratio (SMSR), without the mode hops inherent to most distributed feedback (DFB) lasers. The EP1550-ADF-B has a center wavelength of 1550 nm, which can be tuned at a rate of 0.1 nm/oC while maintaining a maximum linewidth of 1MHz making it ideal for Acetylene (C2H2) gas detection. GOA-B – Bidirectional High Power Optical Amplifier
The GOA-B is an ultra high power fiber optic amplifier from Bktel capable of producing up to 40dBm of output power between 1530 nm to 1562nm. This series of fiber amplifiers can be configured with single or multiple output ports terminated with your choice of industry standard connectors including SC/APC and FC/APC. The GOA-B is capable of handling input powers from -15 to 10 dBm and provides 30dB of optical isolation, making sure to protect the seed laser from dangerous back reflections. This amplifier also feathers a polarization mode dispersion of 0.5ps and a polarization mode gain of 0.5dB. All of these features, combined with its compact form factor, low power consumption, and industry standard RS232 communication interface, make it the ideal OEM amplifier for demanding high power applications.
