RPMC now has 622nm and 627nm high power laser diodes available. These 150mW multimode devices are nearly 10 times more visible to the human eye than standard 670nm laser diodes. These devices are available on an open heatsink package, or in a TO-3 package which can include an internal thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor, and monitor photodiode. Other options are available.
