Broad stripe multimode single emitter laser diodes are available in wavelengths from 622nm –1850nm. We specialize in many usual wavelengths with an emphasis on red laser diodes. Output power for single emitter laser diodes is 150mW to 7000mW. A laser diode bar (2D array) is also available in many of these wavelengths. Custom laser diode services are available if you do not see your desired wavelength in the standard product listing.

Our high-power laser diode bar products are available in the standard wavelengths of 792nm, 795nm, 808nm, 880nm, 885nm, 915nm, 940nm, 976nm and 1064nm. They can be packaged as fiber coupled laser diodes, microchannel cooled stacks in either vertical stack or horizontal stack, conductively cooled packages, and QCW arrays and stacks. We can also provide fast axis and fast and slow axis lensing if you require a collimated laser diode. Unmounted laser bars are also available.

Single mode laser diodes are available in free space and fiber coupled versions in wavelengths from 405nm – 1550nm (blue, red and IR). DFB laser diodes are available in wavelengths from 1350nm-1610nm and short pulsed laser diodes at 905nm and 1550nm.

Laser diode modules in the visible, ultraviolet and infrared wavelengths provide exceptional optical performance in a small driver-integrated box which can be easily integrated into various instrument designs. They are available at wavelengths of 375, 405, 445, 488, 638, 642, 660, 705, 730 and 785 nm, with power levels up to 130 mW in TEM00 circular or cost-effective elliptical beams. Designed for integration into instruments for the life-sciences, analytics, and manufacturing markets, they offer reduced power consumption, noise, size and cost and increased power, ruggedness and reliability. They are also an invaluable tool for academic or industrial research.

Wavelength stabilized laser diodes are also available in the widest wavelength range in the industry. Applications include Raman spectroscopy, fiber laser pump source, fiber laser seeding and many others.

Femtosecond Lasers: The  femtosecond lasers are  ideal for medical, industrial, scientific, and numerous other micromachining applications . Offering pulse repetition rates as high as 200 kHz, with near perfect beam characteristics, this ultrafast laser is capable of generating microstuctures  in organic tissue without causing thermal side affects. Femtosecond lasers generate very short pulses, which allow these ultrafast lasers to effectively operate on all materials!
This femtosecond laser is also ideal for the cold ablation of any material, including metals, ceramics, polymers, composites, coatings, glass, plastics, diamonds, and PET. These ultrafast lasers can even operate on layered substrates. Cold ablation allows for material to be removed without heating the residual matter. Thus, the femtosecond laser  will not produce heat affected zone , splatter, or significant recast. Additionally, the femtosecond laser will eliminate the need for any post processing!

FS lasers material processing uses include:
• High-throughput deep hole drilling
• Cutting
• Precision high-speed surface modification of composite material and glass
• Laser micromachining
• Thin film removal

Picosecond Lasers: These micromachining lasers are suitable for a variety of functions, including scientific, industrial, medical, and military applications. Most of our picosecond lasers are available with 532nm, 355, and 266nm capability options with up to 50W of average power and rep rates from single shot to 2MHz.  Additionally, we also supply compact, air- cooled units. These picosecond , micromachining lasers can be applied to a variety of industrial processes, including cold ablation, semiconductor processing, solar cell manufacturing, stent cutting , and laser marking. Additionally, picosecond lasers are used for various medical procedures within the ophthalmological and dermatological fields. These units also provide certain military functions, including rangefinding, SWIR imaging, and LADAR/LIDAR. No matter your application needs, we can provide custom, picosecond laser solutions to match your exact project requirements.

Nanosecond Lasers: Numerous solid state nanosecond lasers are available that are suitable for multiple applications, including scientific, industrial, medical, and military. We manufacture both diode pumped and lamp pumped ns laser systems. Our nanosecond lasers can be employed in a variety of industrial processes, including semiconductor processing, solar cell manufacturing, ITO removal, stent cutting, and laser marking.  Our nanosecond lasers can be used for medical applications within the ophthalmological and dermatological fields. Our ns lasers also provide certain military functions, such as seeding, range-finding, SWIR imaging, and LADAR/LIDAR.

CW lasers: RPMC offers CW lasers at wavelengths of 473, 550, 532, 562, 1550, and 1064nm are available with outstanding power stability/low noise, temperature stabilized, low power consumption, high speed modulation, fiber coupling options. Applications include fluorescence excitation, flow cyometry, confocal microscopy, material analysis, polymer curing, light scattering, and metrology

Lamp Pumped Lasers: We offer a variety of flashlamp pumped lasers. Providing energies from 10mJ-100J, these lamp lasers are suitable for many applications, including standoff LIBS, LIF, LIDAR, LADAR, PIV, tattoo removal, laser cleaning, laser shock peening, material processing, pumping of Ti:Sapphire, and many other scientific, medical, and industrial applications.
