Femtosecond Laser
At the current time we do not offer any femtosecond lasers. For micromachining, the picosecond lasers have proven to be a much better choice thus far. And we do offer those. If your interest is micromachining, please visit our picosecond products page . We can, if you need it, refer you to various femtosecond laser companies if you need that sort of assist.

Higher rep rate: Our picosecond lasers can achieve rep rates beyond 1 MHz while most femtosecond laser systems are limited to 1 or 3 kHz. This translates into faster processing speed and thus lower cost. |

Higher average power: Most femtosecond laser systems are 1 or 3W. Our picosecond lasers are offered up to 50W at 1.06 µm. (Harmonics are available at 532, 355 and 266 nm.) This translates into higher processing speed. |

Industrial Ruggedness: Our picosecond lasers were designed for a micromachining manufacturing environment. No more concerns about having to tune the laser frequently, or, as the old joke goes, shipping a PhD with the femtosecond laser. |
